DigitalPour Mobile Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to DigitalPour Mobile App and Brewmium, LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Brewmium, LLC include DigitalPour Mobile and Brewmium. The DigitalPour is Mobile App. By using the DigitalPour Mobile App, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain services available on the App. These may include: (a) registering for an account from the App; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

If you choose to remove your consent for us to house your data, please send an email to removeme@brewmium.com requesting your removal from our database. We will delete your user account from our servers. If you choose to continue using DigitalPour Mobile without an user account, anonymous automatic collected data will continue. See below “Automatically Collected Information.” Any archived files that may contain your personal data will be purged as a course of our back up file rotation practices.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

Brewmium does not sell, rent or lease its user lists to third parties.

Brewmium may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. Brewmium may share data with trusted partners (e.g. bulk email service provider) to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. Tracking User Behavior

Brewmium may keep track of App activity in order to determine what DigitalPour Mobile services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and offers within DigitalPour Mobile to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information

Information about your mobile hardware and software may be automatically collected by Brewmium. This information can include: your IP address, OS version, software version, access times, features used. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the DigitalPour Mobile App. This information is not personally identifiable and is used only in aggregate statistical analysis.

Security of your Personal Information

Brewmium secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Brewmium uses the following methods for this purpose:

Brewmium does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this App.

From time-to-time, Brewmium may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Brewmium, you may opt out of such communications by “replying STOP” or “clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button” located at the bottom of the email message.

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
